Nintendo Gameboy

The Gameboy was Nintendo's first attempt at a cartridge-based portable system. Spec-wise, it's similar to the NES, with a non-backlit, green monochrome screen. It was incredibly successful, receiving many revisions and lasting for over a decade.
While I like the chunkier form-factor of the original Gameboy, I'm not a fan of the screen. I don't really have a problem with the green monochrome, but I do have a problem with how fuzzy the screen gets when there is any movement. The Gameboy Pocket has a larger, black-and-white screen. While not as bad as the original model, the Gameboy Pocket does still have some fuzziness when it comes to movement.
